A Journey To Lose...

I have struggled with weight for quite some time now. My goal is to lose at least 50 pounds. I am stubborn and inconsistent with every diet and exercise plan that I've tried. I want to change. I will change.
 This is my journey to ditch the weight and the voices that keep telling me that I can't do this. 

All of the posts under the blog topic "A Journey To Lose" will feature my ups and downs as I began a new way of thinking and living. I'm not using any commercial diet plans, just common sense eating and good old exercise. I think that will be enough for me!

If you too struggle with weight loss, I welcome you on this journey with me. The celebration will be much more enjoyable as we experience our small victories together. 

If you're simply a spectator, that's ok too. I need someone to be on standby in case I pass out on the treadmill!
